01Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

You may be asked to submit a copy of your identity card, bank statement or other documents for verification purposes. The KYC process is mandatory before your first withdrawal is processed.

04Fund Deposit & Withdrawal

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

6.1 Errors and Technical Disruptions

In the event of a technical error, system outage, or software malfunction during a gaming session, mega365 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the stakes to the player's account. Wins resulting from an obvious technical error will not be paid out, and mega365 is not liable for any incidental losses arising therefrom.

6.2 Game Dispute Resolution

• Attempts to hack, breach, or disrupt mega365's systems and infrastructure.
• Communicating in a rude, threatening, or abusive manner toward any team member or other member.

• Any attempt to transfer funds between member accounts or use another person's account.
• Collusion between players in table games or poker that may affect the fairness of play.

Mega365 employs an advanced monitoring system that automatically detects unusual betting patterns and suspicious activity. Any violation of the above rules will result in immediate disciplinary action.

09Account Suspension & Closure

Mega365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any member account at any time and without prior notice in the event of:

9.2 Closure by Member

You may close your mega365 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, any available fund balance (minus any bonus funds with unfulfilled requirements) will be returned to you via your original payment method.

Notice of changes will be provided via a notice on the platform's home page or by email to registered members at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except in cases of emergency or regulatory requirements that necessitate immediate changes.
